Last month an SGS audit team spent three days in our factory reviewing social compliance and quality management, at the request of a European retail client. The audit covered working hours and safety records, material traceability, and our production quality system end to end.
The result: zero major findings. For our clients the practical meaning is simple — documentation, traceability and working conditions in our factory now meet the standard European retail groups require before placing orders, and audit reports are available to customers on request.
